Originally from Montana, I am a wife and working mom of 3 children who were born in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA. In 2022, we relocated to Springfield, MO to be closer to family. My first born son was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the age of 4 years old. Having a degree in psychology and an educational background in science, I began researching ways to help him. On my quest to recover him from the disorder, I stumbled upon a world of true health and natural healing that has helped our entire family.
As a researcher and teacher by nature, I have compiled a large amount of helpful information in my journey. I have an internal drive to organize and share this information with others. I believe that we should all strive to live a more natural and healthy lifestyle.
This is our story and why I am here.

Hi Attie, I am sorry to hear about the diagnosis. I do know of a small study where high dose Norwegian fish oil (Omega 3 Fatty Acid) significantly reduced the oxidative stress in individuals with Rett Syndrome compared to the control group. The study notes “significant improvements were observed for motor/independent sitting, ambulation, hands use, nonverbal communication, and respiratory dysfunction.” The study participants, around age 2, were receiving 5 ml twice daily, for 6 months. I hope that gives you something to work with. {{HUGS}} Here is the study: Omega 3 for Rett Syndrome
