Best Gluten Free Breads

Bread has been a staple in virtually every culture since prehistoric times.  Various grains can be used to make bread, but wheat has become the “go-to” for most bread makers, because of it’s light texture.  Yeast, baking soda, vitamin enrichment and sugar makes today’s bread lighter, fluffier, healthier and more tasty than in generations past.  So, it is no wonder why so many have a hard time transitioning to a gluten free bread.  I would venture to guess that it is THE leading reason why people refuse to try or give up on a gluten free diet.

Below is a list of gluten free breads that fellow autism families have given the “thumbs up” on.
